No. You buy products to sell to customers through your independent business. There are no downlines, recruitment commissions or required monthly purchases.

We welcome reseller enquiries worldwide. You are responsible for checking the import and resale requirements that apply to your business and location. Where we can ship the Business in a Box directly is explained below.

We currently ship Business in a Box directly to the USA, UK, European Union and Canada. If you live elsewhere, you may arrange a shipping forwarder with an eligible delivery address in one of those regions. You are responsible for the forwarder’s onward charges and your destination’s import requirements.

US boxes are packed and dispatched from our US warehouse by UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. A box delivered domestically within the USA does not incur additional customs duties.

UK boxes are packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse by Royal Mail or UPS. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. A box delivered domestically within the UK does not incur additional customs duties.

EU boxes are dispatched from our Swedish warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. There are no additional customs duties for delivery from Sweden to another EU country.

Most box products are stocked in Canada and can be dispatched by our Canadian distributor, TK Zyzven Naturals Inc.

If a product needed for your box is unavailable there, we will contact you before shipping to explain the proposed arrangement. With your agreement, the affected products may be sent from our UK warehouse by Royal Mail or UPS.

We will tell you whether to expect one delivery or separate shipments, the estimated delivery time, and whether a UK shipment could involve additional import or clearance charges. We will not send a UK shipment or add an extra shipping charge without your agreement.

The box price is $999.00 plus shipping. For destinations available at checkout, enter your address to see the shipping charge and full amount payable before placing your order.

If you use a shipping forwarder, enter its eligible address at checkout. The forwarder’s onward charges are separate and payable to the forwarder. We will not add an unapproved shipping charge after you purchase.

Yes, through a shipping forwarder. We ship the box directly only to the USA, UK, European Union and Canada, so you would use a forwarder with an eligible delivery address in one of those regions. You choose and pay the forwarder and arrange onward delivery to your country.

Please check your country’s import requirements before ordering, and ask us if you need help confirming whether your forwarding address is eligible.

US, UK and EU boxes dispatched and delivered within their respective regions do not involve an additional customs duty on delivery.

For Canadian orders, any proposed shipment from the UK and its possible import or clearance charges will be explained to you before that shipment is agreed. For boxes sent on by a shipping forwarder, import duties, local taxes and clearance fees at your final destination are your responsibility.

The regional estimates above are measured in business days after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, remote delivery locations and customs processing can affect delivery. We will send tracking information when your box dispatches.

For Canadian orders involving more than one warehouse, we will explain the applicable delivery estimate before proceeding with that shipping arrangement. If you use a shipping forwarder, onward delivery time depends on the service you arrange with it.

We will provide access to the initial product training and digital marketing toolkit within seven days of confirmed payment. We will contact you using the email address on your order. Monthly group check-ins form part of the ongoing reseller support.

The digital marketing toolkit and monthly group check-ins are included in the box offer. There is no mandatory recurring marketing fee.

We may invite resellers to appear in a brochure, website listing, social media feature or live event. These are opportunities rather than guaranteed placements. We will ask separately before publishing your name, photograph, business location, telephone number or social profile.

You may sell genuine, unopened Zyzven products through your independent shop, website, social media or in person, subject to the Reseller Terms and the rules in your market.

You need prior written approval before listing Zyzven products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or another third-party marketplace. Contact us with the marketplace and seller account you propose to use.

No. Buying the box does not include a Zyzven website, an exclusive territory, a franchise or distributor status. You may operate your own independent website in accordance with the Reseller Terms.

Zyzven Naturals publishes its recommended retail prices on ZyzvenNaturals.com. The box’s stated combined retail value and potential gross profit are calculated using those prices.

You set your own lawful selling prices. The figures on this page are illustrations; sales and earnings are not guaranteed.

The starter box is sold with the product names and quantities listed in “What’s Inside.” It is not a build-your-own box. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you and ask you to agree to any proposed substitution.

Yes. You can request individual products at the reseller prices then available. We will confirm the products, stock, current prices, shipping and any applicable reorder minimum before you commit to a reorder.

We do not buy back unsold stock. If a delivery is faulty, damaged, missing products or different from your confirmed order, contact sales@zyzvennaturals.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs where available. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Zyzven Naturals maintains product liability insurance for its business. We do not require resellers to buy insurance as a condition of joining. Our policy does not automatically cover every activity of your independent business.

If you represent Zyzven at a Zyzven-branded stand or event, please wear an approved Zyzven T-shirt or other approved branded clothing. Arrange this with us before the event. We will disclose and agree any clothing cost with you before asking you to pay it.

Any payment options available for your location will appear at checkout. If you need to discuss payment before ordering, contact us. Do not assume that an instalment option is available unless it is displayed or confirmed to you.
