Rosepetal - Rose Tea help to improve the functioning of the liver and hence act as a natural diuretic. It not only relieves fluid retention but also helps in the release of the toxins from the body.

INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT 

Moringa- Several early studies show that insulin-like proteins found in moringa may help lower blood sugar. Plant chemicals found in the leaves might help the body process sugar better, and it may affect how the body releases insulin.

Basil - Basil have antihyperglycemic and liver protective effects as it stimulates the release of insulin from the pancreas, inhibit the glucose production in the liver and increased glycogen synthesis

Directions 

We start all our programs by taking the Alki detox blend for 14 days per instructions below. At day 15 we start taking the blood sugar blend  

PLEASE NOTE : if one wants to have a weight loss effect then you continue taking the Alki detox blend longer than the 14 days . 

Pour 1 tsp (5ml) to one cup (250ml) of boiling water and leave it, covered, to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.

alki detox - should be taken 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach, save the herb as it can be renewed up to 3 times then you are free to use it to cook or in your soups, smoothies or juices  

To blend the herbs ( Alki detox and blood sugar ) one make use 1/2 tsp each in each brew
