Rose geranium – regulating, cooling, and balancing.
Peppermint – uplifting and energizing.
Lavender - promotes relaxation and has a calming effect.
Grapefruit: uplifting and helpful for stress and tension.
Ylang-ylang - relaxes the body, and reduces anxiety.
Palmarosa – Balancing, calming, and uplifts mood.
Sweet orange - cheering and uplifting.
Black spruce - purifying, clearing, and stabilizing.
Chamomile – helps reduces anxiety, calming and relaxing.
Vetiver – grounding and soothing, helpful supporting issues with PMS and menopause.

Naturally occurring in essential oils: eugenol, citral, geraniol, farnesol, citronellol, linalool, limonene, and benzyl benzoate.

DIRECTIONS:
Shake the bottle before use. Apply sparingly to the lower abdomen area, to pulse points, onto the back of the neck, and the temples, Alternatively apply to the palm of the hands and inhale.
