At Zyzven Naturals, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with the seal unbroken.
• You must provide the original email receipt as proof of purchase.

Return Timeframes by Region

• UK & EU Customers: Under consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item for any reason. Once you notify us of your intent to cancel, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
• USA & International Customers (outside UK/EU): You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping on your original order, your refund will cover the product(s) only.

Return Shipping Costs

• UK & EU: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If we failed to inform you of this in advance, return shipping will be reimbursed.
• USA & Other International Regions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Duties and import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
